RosCar Ibiza has been operating since 2022 and offers access to more than 50 cars from local car rental companies. We are not a car rental company ourselves. We act as an aggregator, helping you find and book cars from trusted local providers.
2. Booking and Rental Options
You can rent cars through our website with pick-up at the airport, delivery within the city, or directly to your hotel. Our main advantages include:

- No credit card needed
- Unlimited mileage
- Free cancellation
3. How to Book
To book a car, you need to:
- Select the pick-up and drop-off locations
- Choose the type of car
- Select additional options such as no deposit, no credit card, insurance, or a child seat
- Provide the driver’s contact information
- Complete the booking by paying 15-20% of the rental price
After completing the booking, you will receive a voucher by email with instructions and the contact details of the car rental company.
4. Payment
Payment for your booking is partially made at the time of reservation (15-20%) to confirm the car. The remaining balance is usually paid directly to the car rental company according to their terms.
5. Cancellations and Modifications
You can cancel your booking free of charge before the rental period starts. Any modifications to your booking should be coordinated directly with the car rental company using the contact information provided in your voucher.
6. Responsibility and Liability
RosCar Ibiza acts solely as a platform to facilitate bookings between users and local car rental companies. We are not responsible for the performance, condition, or service of the cars provided by rental companies. All rental agreements, insurance, and vehicle usage terms are directly with the car rental company.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in Spain. Any disputes arising from the use of our website or services shall be resolved according to Spanish law.
